EXTECH Celebrates Retirement of President Kevin Smith

After years of innovation, leadership, and dedication, we’re proud to celebrate the retirement of our President, Kevin Smith.

Throughout his tenure at EXTECH, Kevin led the development and customization of advanced daylighting and façade systems, guiding projects from initial concept through final implementation. His expertise as a Registered Architect, combined with a deep understanding of design and performance, helped shape not only our product offerings, but the way we approach problem-solving as a team. From his earlier work to recent endeavors, Kevin brought a thoughtful, solutions-driven mindset to everything he touched.

Kevin’s impact on EXTECH is lasting, having developed numerous systems, secured multiple patents, and helped define the standard of innovation our company continues to build upon today. While he may be stepping away from his role, his influence will remain an integral part of our foundation.

Please join us in thanking Kevin for his remarkable career and wishing him all the best in his retirement!
