LONG-SPAN POLYCARBONATE CANOPY SYSTEM

EXTECH’s SKYSHADE 8000® is a long spanning standing seam canopy. Full length rafters are designed with a continuous aluminum clamping leg to secure cellular polycarbonate glazing panels. Built with the most advanced aluminum clamping framing system in the industry, the SKYSHADE 8000® has an aesthetically unique and contemporary look unlike any other system on the market.

UNIQUE FEATURES

  • Designed to handle high wind and snow loading conditions
  • Works on slopes as low as 2:12 (consult with EXTECH for slopes below 2:12)
  • Designed for continuous glazed panel runs up to 54’ long without intermediate horizontal mullions
  • Rafter shapes can be customized
  • System can be self-supporting to required loads or act as an overlay to substructure
  • Wide variety of edge detail options

  • Panels available in a variety of colors and finishes
