National Marine Life Center Project Details

One complete wall of this building was done with EXTECH's LIGHTWALL 3440 clear panels.
The architect applied large decals, action images of whales and fish. These decals were applied to the inside of the EXTECH LIGHTWALL 3440 clear panels so that, when lighted from behind, the decals could be visible from the street.
EXTECH also designed and made the two large barn doors which provide access to the center.
The versatility of EXTECH's LIGHTWALL 3440 clear panels system is one advantage it offers. Other benefits of this system include the clean appearance of the facade due to its tongue and groove joinery, which eliminates the need for vertical framing, as well as its high-impact resistance.
