DDC-DEP Remsen Avenue Yard Project Details

This was a project involving a large number of long glass industrial skylights. We incorporated over 300 photovoltaic panels.
EXTECH was involved in the early design of the SKYGARD skylight systems and worked with the architect to design unique aluminum framing extrusion. Although we were not the installers, we visited the jobsite at several stages during the work to ensure the systems installed seamlessly and quickly.
The photovoltaic panels are unique because they pass roughly 50% of the light.
